Register Your Pet

By registering your pet, you hereby state that you are the legal owner and are responsible for all bill payments and treatment consents. If you would like to register someone else as a named carer for your pet i.e. you want your husband to be able to consent to treatments on your behalf, the individual must be named on your registration form.   

Please note that your pet's previous clinical history must first be received from your previous practice before your registration is live. Please state if there is no previous vet.
