We are open every day, including bank holidays except for Christmas Day and New Years' Day where our out of hours service is available for you to call.
Who are we?
We have staff who work from four basic shift patterns, and on-call nurses and vets to give us a broad spread of availability. Our staff work 8 hour shifts, so they are always focused and fresh. We know we need to provide good advice to help our clients make the right choices. Our shift patterns allow for training during the day so that we know we make the best efforts for our team to be up-to-date and knowledgeable, whether it is a vet, a nurse, or a receptionist. All of our staff are fully qualified in their disciplines, with extensive experience to draw upon.

We have invested in extensive high-tech equipment that allows us to offer a broad spectrum of options to our clients. We can offer a comprehensive range of treatments, from small routine procedures to complex soft-tissue surgery. We regularly use our digital x-ray system, our ultrasound scanners, endoscopes, infusion pumps and in-house laboratory to provide a speedy diagnosis for your pet to get it well again. No task is too great or small, even if you only need a pet microchip.
