Terms & Conditions 

• Your friend must not have been treated at the practice within the last 2 years or be a banned client.  
• The £10 voucher can only be redeemed against consultation, vaccinations, and microchipping at The Animal House clinics in Rugby and Warwick within 12 months of the date that this form is submitted.  
• The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or equivalent.  
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  
• Offer applies per client recommended, not per pet.  
• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. 
• This scheme does not apply to charities or organisations referring clients to us.  
• This is an ongoing offer, but may be withdrawn at any point without notice. 
• If the offer is withdrawn, we will honour any outstanding referrals for a 2 week period after the offer is withdrawn.  
• The Animal House reserves the right to remove any credits offered if the scheme is abused and not used in the spirit intended.
